Bump In

Exhibitors have been granted early access to the Auditorium on the afternoon of Monday 15 June between 3:00PM-5:00PM to set up their trestle table displays.
Freight can be sent ahead of your arrival to The Crossing Theatre, if you are sending freight please email Ashley at The Crossing Theatre (eventcoordinator@narrabri.nsw.gov.au) so the centre knows to expect a delivery. Freight is to be labelled as follows:

Bump Out
Wednesday 17/6/2026

The exhibition space will be able to be packed down post lunch on Wednesday 17 June.
If you are arranging return freight please package your items and tape the courier label in a clear and obvious position.
We appreciate that many exhibitors may wish to depart earlier on Wednesday. However, we kindly ask that you do not begin packing up before bump out. If you need to leave early, please arrange for someone to pack up on your behalf. The CCA team will be happy to assist where possible.
Exhibitor Inclusions
Your exhibition package includes the following:
- 1 dressed trestle table (2100 x 900mm - please note the size of the table if you are bringing a branded table cloth)
- 2 chairs
- access to power
Please ensure you bring along signage for your space as signage is not included.
Please note:
- Outside food and beverage is not to be brought into the Crossing Theatre.
- All electrical equipment must be tested and tagged.
*IMPORTANT: the exhibition is located within the same room as sessions, your team is welcome to watch and participate in the sessions, however, if they would like to work or talk during the sessions they will need to move into the foyer.
Social Functions
Exhibitors are encouraged to attend both Seminar social functions to maximise networking opportunities. The social functions are:
Welcome Reception: Monday 15 June 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, The Tourist Hotel, 142 Maitland Street, Narrabri
Seminar Dinner: Tuesday 16 June 6:00 PM - 10:00 PM, The Auditorium, The Crossing Theatre
CCA Networking Breakfast: Wednesday 17 June 7:00AM - 8:30AM, The Riverside Room, The Crossing Theatre
